Some Reception staff are always rude and have no idea what constitutes an urgent appointment. In recent years have had 2 fantastic doctors who have now left. Dr Murdoch and Dr Hillsborough. Unsure at the moment who to choose as my regular doctor as I require quite a lot of input from them.

If you need an appt on the day then it's usually easy to get one but if it's a specific doctor you need then expect to wait around 6 weeks for an appt. Very frustrating.

Fantastic care and support during a very difficult time Special thanks to the reception staff who always go the extra mile to try and ensure that they get you to the most appropriate doctor or nurse to help The staff are very friendly and helpful and this is not only appreciated but reassuring at a difficult time

I do not use my gp surgery often either for myself or my children. I only attend when absolute necessary. Unfortunately when I do need to I find it totally exasperating when I ring in the morning to be told there are no appointments left! Something serious needs to be done about the booking system as it does not work fairly.

I think the system you have now introduced is rubbish waited 30 mins after my wife's appointment time.
